This program is designed for individuals who are interested in owning rental property for current cash flow and long term capital appreciation, but are not interested or available to do the leg work (i.e. full time job). We will identify several properties for you to choose from, estimate renovation costs as required, present investment proposals including estimated operating expenses, help arrange financing, and coordinate the closing. After closing, we perform all of the renovation work, rent the property, then we deliver the property to you with a tenant already in place. After placing the tenant, as your agent, we will act as the landlord and manage the property on your behalf.
